After spending over a decade working in human resources in both employee relations and labour relations supporting multimillion dollar global and national brands, I understand that Trust, Communication and Accountability are essential to the success of your leaders, teams and the organization.
My extensive experience in both Human Resource management and coaching, allows me to approach HR opportunities and challenges from two distinct yet essential perspectives: The “business” side and the “relationship” side. For example, I understand the impact effective leadership and fulfilled employees have on productivity, ROI and future talent development.
