I’m passionate about bringing humanity back to the Workplace and to Life.

I am no different than you, I have a heart filled with feelings, want to be heard, valued, appreciated, loved, respected and most importantly feel a sense of belonging. As a child and teenager, I was severely bullied. The racism and horrific humiliation had me feeling like an outcast and totally worthless. I was excluded from the playground, parties and felt like a toy from the Island of Misfit Toys. 
 
I coped by being my own best friend and in return comforted my inner-child and protected my core values.

This experience led me on a journey of self-exploration. The healing process began when I decided to enroll in the Co-Active Coaching Certification program with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Today I stand strong as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). 

My inner-leader “Optimus Prime” leads the way.

At the same time, my profound comprehension of emotional intelligence and the ability to confidently discuss rather complex subjects, effectively solve problems, and provide useful recommendations enables me to coach and develop individuals so that they meet milestones, achieve higher levels of performance while boosting an organization’s reliability to offer the best customer experience and products or services in the market. Highly experienced with a robust wealth of knowledge, I am equipped to support a full range of people management and organizational needs. I am passionate about helping others become a better leader, team member, ambassador and human.
